The word 'retard' has evolved into a childish mousetrap jab without the handicap-bashing intent that it once had, but the 'R' word still does hold a fair amount of pain; so we need a NEW CHILDISH JAB!

I designed this ribbon* for GGI awareness; and make no mistake we NEED to be aware that these people are out there: driving our flammable tanker trucks, overshooting our airports, putting lead in our kids toys, and asking for a manager...somewhere.

*notice the ribbon is velcro and labeled 'do not eat' so as not to exclude anyone. And should you think this pokes at the cancer/soldier ribbon campaigns; please feel free to go after the folks that made one for erectile dysfunction and ADD...look it up

come sign a petition against misinformed (and crippling)over-regulation of the tattoo/piercing industry here in MN. trying to get them to shelve/revise the (above linked) bill.

follow the link for the whole story, but basically, It applies TOO MUCH (more) PRESSURE to the shops already playing by the rules; clean, respectable, legitimate businesses and NOT ENOUGH PRESSURE toward our industry's actual problems; rogue cosmetic piercers (piercing anything BUT lobes with piercing guns), dirty shops, tattooparty tattooists (nobody wants the artist's cat jumping up onto a sterile setup while he swurrrves the DWI version of your design permanently onto your body). We just want them to get actual industry input before this goes back on the table.
